Before creating a ticket

The more information you can provide, the faster we can help. Think of us like detectives. Every detail is a clue. You have access to the crime scene, we don't. The more clues you share, the easier it is for us to find the cause of the problem. Helpful clues include the product name, simulator version, where the product was purchased, any videos, screenshots, error messages, and the steps that led to the issue. Please avoid submitting multiple tickets for the same issue. If you think of something else later, simply reply to your existing ticket and add the new information.
